Ingredients: Sprouted Horsegram, Black horse gram, Flax seed, Jeera, Pepper, Moongdal, Samba wheat,Barley and dry ginger.
Preparation:
* Add 1.5 tablespoon of porridge mix in 150ml of water and mix without lumps.
* Cook the mixture in medium flame for 6 – 8 minutes.
* Now add salt and butter milk as required.
* Top with onion pieces and serve hot.
