Ingredients Cotton seed, Coconut, Rice flour, Palm candy, Nattusarkarai, Cashew, Almonds, Ashwagandha, Dry ginger, Licorice, Pepper and cardamomHow to use Add 1.5 tablespoons of paruthipaal mix in 130ml of hot milk. Stir well and serve hot. Know about paruthipaal: Cotton seeds are soaked overnight and grinded to extract the milk. Then pratipal milk is mixed with medicinal Herbs jaggery powder and Palm candy.
