Missing or Lost Packages:

Address Accuracy:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Jeevan Foods is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
